Jennifer Avise

Dr. Jennifer Avise is a vascular surgeon specializing in minimally invasive and open treatment of vascular conditions. She focuses on early diagnosis, prevention, and patient-centered care.

Her clinical expertise includes varicose veins, peripheral artery disease (PAD), carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysm, and limb preservation. She uses endovascular techniques when appropriate to reduce recovery time and improve outcomes.

Dr. Avise trained at Emory University and completed her vascular and endovascular fellowship at Wake Forest University. She previously served as a medical director and associate professor at Stanford, where she helped lead vascular care in the East Bay region. She now continues her practice with BASS Vein Center, providing care throughout the Tri-Valley and surrounding communities.
